3. The information will be printed to be given to the customer to let / get confirmation on the Duty / GST imposed on trade-related

4. After received confirmation duty/GST, completed details cargo will transmitted go thru in DAGANGNET system for get customs register number

5. Forms that have been declared will be submitted to the clerk of operations to be referred to the Customs Department for approval before further processing.

6. Once the form is submitted to the clerk, some information will update in MASLOG.

7. Copy of the draft will be submitted to the account to open the invoice duty.

8. Approval / code 20 will be informed to the credit control for authorization to make payments

9. Payment of duty / GST will be paid through the system MYPAYMENT

10. Other responsibilities as assigned from time to time
