Dental Receptionist/front Desk Manager

Main job responsibilities are:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Operation of Dental clinics
- Prepare and dispense medicine
- Do review calls to our patients
- Manage patient expectations and welfare
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Scheduling appointments
- etc
Other responsibilities include stock maintenance, upkeep of clinic hygiene & appearance, and related operational tasks.
Requirement:
Clinical experience is preferred but NOT TO WORRY, job **TRAINING** will also be provided if you do not have experience.
Applicants must be willing and learn **fast**, **polite**, **independent**, **reliable**, and **responsible** has an initiative with a **good** **attitude** and **pleasant personality**.
Must be able to work with computers and communicate in English/Bahasa Malaysia.
The ability to speak **Cantonese/Mandarin** is also an advantage.
Preferably stays near the workplace or is willing to travel.
Working hours as follows.
Mon-Fri 10 am
- 6pm
Saturdays 9:30am-5:30pm
Sunday and Public holiday off
EPF and SOSCO available
