1. Maintain the inventory database 2. Maintain receiving warehouse and distribution operation 3. Control inventory level by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage system and warehouse management system 4. Inspect and report the levels of business suppliers and raw materials to identify discrepency and damage to the stock 5. Ensure compliance in handling and issuance of stocks 6. Record daily delivery and shipments to reconcile inventory 7. Monitor and control stock movement 8. Generate out weekly report and monthly report 9. Responsible for the merchandising 10. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned 11. Liaise with requestor to ensure correct stock deliver 1. Basic filling skill 2. Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word. 3. Communicate and understand the concerns or situations well.
