Site Maintenance Supervisor

Manage all maintenance activities on-site after the completion of construction and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks based on client needs and project requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to the maintenance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct inspections to ensure that maintenance work meets quality standards and complies with company guidelines.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deficiencies in maintenance work.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance-related issues.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and optimize resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and time expended.
- Generate regular reports on maintenance progress, highlighting key achievements and addressing any challenges.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
