Job Responsibilities:

- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Manage meals for Staffs
- Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) records & distribution.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Organize travel arrangements
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Coordinate office procedures
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Provide polite and professional communication
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
- Prepare monthly OT Calculation & Staff Attendance records
- Prepare letters, memo issuance, disciplinary issue letters, benefits & compensation letters, other related documents & forms creation
- Assist in arranging training for employees
- Handle ISO documentation

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with all levels.
- Knowledge of Human Resources is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 3 years (preferred)
