**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of field projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion.
- Supervise field staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints and timelines.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety of personnel and project assets.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and team members, to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets, to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the project duration.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
