Our app aims to provide a convenient and efficient platform for customers to book appointments at local barbershops and connect with freelance mobile barbers who can provide on-demand services at their preferred location.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Marketing Strategy**:

- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

**2. Content Creation**:

- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

**3. Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

**4. Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand presence and engage with the target audience.
- Create and schedule social media content, monitor channels, and respond to audience interactions.

**5. Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry changes.

**6. Brand Management**:

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral.

**7. Event Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.

**8. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: A minimum of one year of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a passion for marketing are encouraged to apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and ideas.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content for various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and resonance with the target audience.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Event Coordination**: Experience in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective solutions in a dynamic marketing environment.
- **Fast-Paced Environment**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
