Involve data mining activities, and translate big data into meaningful information for management decision making.
- Work with stakeholders & departments to identify area of improvement of each department via automation / software.
- Involve in implementation of Hospital Information System (HIS) & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as well as integration with 3rd party systems (MSD, PACS, SMRP, DMS, LIS, etc)
- To review and analyze System Logs and scrutinize network traffic as well as troubleshooting.
- To handle implementation of system/solution and installation of hardware/software and networking components.
- To act as Liaison between Hospital and system/solution vendor.
- To ensure system/solution is in good working order
- To document service logs, keeping track of version upgrades and software licensing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
