RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide first level technical support according to procedures and available tools.
- Escalate issues to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
- Identify and provide input on customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely.
- Keep our customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree / Diploma
- At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
- **Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
