Customer service representatives love to communicate with people and proactively solve issues. Always listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions, and provide information about the company's products and services. In some cases, customer service representatives may also take orders, and escalate customer complaints to the respective department using multiple communication platforms/channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- PROACTIVELY & resolve customer complaints or feedback with the SLA.
- Strong product knowledge & provide accurate information.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Requirements**:

- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possesses strong time management skills and motivated to exceed expectations.
- Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs
- Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar and articulation)
- Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
- Required to understand and communicate with Chinese and English fluently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
- Strong self-motivation, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Highly team
- Fresh graduates with passion in CS career development are also considered.
- Willing to work on shift 24/7.

**Salary**: RM1,504.58 - RM5,191.56 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kuala Lumpur (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
