**We will count on you to**:

- Maintain all financial records and prepare periodic financial statements.
- Monitor premium cash flow to maximize investment income through the management of the local and overseas bank accounts.
- Administer investments in accordance with pre-determined guidelines.
- Collect premium receivables.
- Pay claims based on claim guidelines as well as general and administrative expenses.
- Plan and complete annual audit, inclusive of the preparation and filing of the Statutory Financial Return.
- Monitor compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Liaise with the local corporate secretarial firm that provides corporate secretarial services.
- Liaise with the Regulator.
- Arrange Board of Directors and Annual General Meetings as required.
- Maintain the permanent file and company information sheet for each company
- Maintain client documents - either hardcopy or computer stored, under standard filing systems.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor's Degree in** Accounting or equivalent**:

- **1-4 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts**:

- High Proficiency in using MS Office Application
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person
