**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor the production planning process to ensure on-time delivery of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production schedules and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Identify and address any production issues that may arise, working with the appropriate teams to find solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process
- Develop and maintain production reports and metrics to track performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in production planning control or a similar role in the Automotive industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using production planning software and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the Automotive industry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM2,100.00 per month
