Assistant Finance Manager

The ideal incumbent will have two set of roles:

- Incumbent will have overall responsibilities for the finance and accounting activities to support the financial operations. Incumbent will be accountable for preparation of financial and management reports, preparation of budgets and cash flow forecast, costing and variance analysis, management of tax and treasury functions, internal control, and regulatory compliance
- The incumbent will also assist the HOD in ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
- Provide financial discipline and expertise in the Company to ensure compliance to international accounting and auditing standards as well as local statutory guidelines
- Assist with accounting and financial activities, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, commission calculation, budgeting, income statements and financial reporting
- Maintain records in accounting systems, including maintenance of general ledger, journal entry preparation and posting
- Perform other accounting duties and special projects as assigned
- Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and reporting systems; identify and implement improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Prepare reconciliation of inter-company transactions and general ledger
- Preparation and submission of SST reports to Customs

**Job Requirements**
- Must be self-motivating, capable of working independently and taking initiatives
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with people from different nationalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an advantage

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Mandarin (preferred)
