**JOB SUMMARY**:
Digital Marketing cum Content Strategist are required to developing and implementing strategies to create and manage content for various digital platforms. Your primary focus is to ensure that the content aligns with the organization's goals, engages the target audience, and drives desired actions.

**JOB SCOPE**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, target audience, and brand voice.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviours of our target audience, and leverage these insights to create compelling content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, design, and development, to ensure seamless content creation and delivery.
- Optimize content for search engines, social media sharing, accessibility, and user experience, using SEO best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar or editorial plan, outlining the creation, publication, and distribution of content across different platforms.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and tools, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing, and incorporate them into our content strategy.
- Ensure consistency, brand voice, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all content initiatives.
- Establish guidelines, standards, and processes for content creation, approval, and maintenance to ensure efficiency and quality.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-3 years proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing setting.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and adherence to grammar and style guidelines.
- Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive content decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
