We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Control Lead to join our team in the fruit industry. As the QC Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products through rigorous inspection and adherence to industry standards. This position involves overseeing all aspects of quality control, from initial inspection to final export, and requires strong leadership skills to build and maintain efficient processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of quality control throughout the production process, from receiving raw materials to packaging finished products.
- Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations and standards, both domestic and international.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, finished products, and packaging to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Manage the quality control process for imported raw materials and oversee the preparation of products for international export.
- Prepare detailed QC reports documenting inspection findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken.
- Implement sustainable practices within the quality control process to minimize waste and environmental impact.
- Continuously improve and refine quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of quality control records, including inspection results, corrective actions, and compliance documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- Experience in quality control within the food industry, preferably with a focus on fruits.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and writing)
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards, such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO.
- Experience with importing and exporting processes and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in database management and report writing.
- Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.

**Experience**:

- Quality control: 5 years (preferred)
- Food Manufacturing Industry: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
