1. Assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor in day-to-day operation of F&B Outlet/Banquet
- To ensure the inventory of F&B Outlet / Banquet store are sufficient for daily operation.
- To ensure the cleanliness of F&B Outlet & Function Halls.
- Provide the necessary information to employee of Outlets/Banquet as and when required.
- To provide necessary information to F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor for the preparation of various reports which would be submitted to Top Management.
- To ensure the operations and the activities of F&B Outlets/Banquet meet set quality standard.
- To assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor arranges sufficient manpower for daily operation of F&B Outlets/Banquet.
- To assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor in checking the billing to ensure the correct figures are being charge to customer.
- To ensure all the F&B equipment are in good conditions before and after use.
- Taking necessary action accordance with emergency procedures of the resort if any accident/emergency case happened in the F&B Outlets/Banquet Or kitchen area in the absent of F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor.
- To study the current operations of F&B Outlets/Banquet and propose any action to F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor for continual improvement.

2. Handling of customer’s complaint and taking corrective action or preventive action
- To handling any minor customer’s complaint in F&B Outlets/Banquet and taking corrective action and preventive action.
- Report any major complaint from customer in F&B outlets to F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor for further investigation and action.
- Propose any necessary action to reduce customer complaint and increase customer satisfaction to F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor for continual improvement.

3. Assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor in the event preparation or special assignment
- Assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor in the event preparation or special assignment after receives the Event Order or memorandum from respective department.
- To handle any customer complaint about the food & beverage for the event and special assignment and feedback to F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor for further action.
- Assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor in any advertisement or promotion of F&B Outlet’s product and ensure all the relevant staffs are aware of it.

4. Assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor in staff management and development.
- Assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor in conduct hiring, performance appraising and counseling for F&B Outlet/Banquet as and when required.
- Establish and maintain employee relation.
- Assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor in resolve the grievances and personal problems amongst F&B Outlet’s/Banquet’s staffs.
- Assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor in identify the training needs for F&B Outlet’s staffs.
- Assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor in maintaining appropriates standard of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and conduct of departmental staff during their shift.
- Increase the awareness of outlet staff about the safety procedure and guidelines to prevent any accident.
- Assist F&B Outlet Manager/Supervisor in providing the on job training to new employee.

5. Others
- Any other duties as and when required by F&B Outlet Manager / Supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
