Job Description: As an Asst Restaurant Manager & Captain at Para Thai, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the F&B outlet. Your role will involve supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of the staff to ensure efficient operations according to standard operating procedures (SOP). Your main objectives will be to maintain excellent food quality and service to maximize outlet profitability. Specific responsibilities include:

- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the F&B staff.
- Establishing methods and strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Training staff in their job duties, as well as food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Providing excellent food quality and service to enhance the outlet's profitability.
- Operating and managing POS systems, credit card terminals, and related devices.
- Leading the F&B team by recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
- Handling any ad hoc duties as required by management.
Job Requirements: To be considered for the Asst Restaurant Manager & Captain position, you need to meet the following requirements:

- Minimum of SPM qualification (equivalent to secondary education) with at least 1 year of experience as a captain, hostess, or bartender.
- Ability to effectively supervise a team of service staff.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Possess a positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
- Good writing and interpersonal skills.
- Able to interact effectively and work constructively with others.
