**Overview**:
As a Marketing Executive specializing in the healthcare sector, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the healthcare industry. Your primary objective will be to promote healthcare products, services, or facilities to targeted audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. By leveraging your marketing expertise and industry knowledge, you will contribute to enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and ultimately supporting the organization's growth objectives within the healthcare domain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team and other relevant departments to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the organization's healthcare objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Analyze data and insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics for maximum effectiveness
- **Product Promotion**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote healthcare products, services, or facilities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, to communicate key product/service features and benefits.
- Coordinate promotional activities such as events, webinars, conferences, and product launches to generate leads and foster customer relationships.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Utilize digital channels effectively to reach target audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
- Monitor digital marketing metrics and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support their efforts in acquiring new clients, retaining existing customers, and achieving revenue targets.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on product knowledge, marketing materials, and promotional strategies.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards related to healthcare marketing, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Work closely with legal and regulatory affairs teams to review marketing materials and promotional campaigns for compliance and risk mitigation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh Graduates or SPM
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on the healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including regulatory environment, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex healthcare concepts in clear and persuasive language.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
