Digital Marketing Lead

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to achieve specific KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and impactful digital content, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant tools and platforms, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
- Manage and lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team's growth and success.
- Oversee the budget allocation for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient resource utilization and maximum return on investment.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for online growth and expansion, adapting strategies to meet changing market conditions and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, while also maintaining strong relationships.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and customer segments to tailor digital marketing efforts for maximum engagement and conversion.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated history of successful campaign planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of guiding and motivating a team towards achieving goals.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize innovative digital marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and targets.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
