Snow Slumber is a local brand that has grown rapidly in its 2 years of development. Snow Slumber is a mattress brand that focuses on providing cooling & luxurious sleep to the masses and is the No #1 cooling mattress in Singapore with it's own uniquely designed layers. We believe in providing consumers another option to purchase high quality mattresses without the expensive mark up. We also have been featured in Straits Times, Sunday Times, The Smart Local & Qanvast.

**Responsibilities**:

- Testing of ad ideas using direct response frameworks to generate customers
- Launching of new products and expansion of new markets with founders
- Analyzing market trends and preparing accurate forecasts to make informed business decisions.
- Expanding our customer base and reach through innovative marketing initiatives.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with various departments, including media buying, creative & finance
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to maintain a strong brand identity.
- Managing and leading the marketing department's staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management to track progress and results.

**What we are looking for**:
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in brand management, e-commerce, and marketing, preferably within a fast-paced startup or B2C environment.

Experience in related industries, such as home & living products or SMCG is preferred but not required

Ideally, you have previous experience managing or even building your own e-commerce or social media-related business

Outstanding organizational skills and a proven ability to effectively plan and coordinate projects across multiple departments

Demonstrated ownership and entrepreneurial drive, showing initiative, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to be hands-on and adaptable.

A fast learner who can take on challenges with enthusiasm.

Strong analytical skills and high-quality judgment and decision-making capabilities, displaying end-to-end thinking.

Experience and passion for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee), consumer products, and digital marketing will be a plus.

Degrees or certifications do not matter to us as much as the hunger to learn and track record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- E-Commerce: 1 year (required)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Dropshipping: 1 year (preferred)
