- **Review and Update Policies**: Ensure company policies comply with laws and regulations.
- **Work Instructions and Standards**: Maintain consistent and compliant work instructions and standards.
2. **Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE)**:
- **Health and Safety Programs**: Develop and manage safety programs.
- **Risk Assessments**: Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- **Training and Awareness**: Organize health and safety training sessions.
- **Incident Management**: Oversee workplace incident investigations and corrective actions.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. **ISO 14001 Compliance**:
- **Environmental Management System**: Implement and maintain EMS in line with ISO 14001.
- **Audits and Inspections**: Coordinate audits and address non-conformities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain records and prepare compliance reports.
4. **Administrative Functions**:
- **Office Management**: Oversee office operations and procurement.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- **Budget Management**: Assist with budgeting for HR and admin departments.
5. **Employee Relations**:
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address employee grievances and conflicts.
- **Performance Management**: Support performance appraisals and development plans.
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Oversee hiring and onboarding processes.
6. **Legal and Regulatory Compliance**:
- **Labor Laws**: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- **Data Protection**: Manage employee data in accordance with laws and policies.
7. **Strategic Planning and Development**:
- **HR Strategy**: Contribute to HR strategy aligned with company goals.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Implement best practices for HR and administrative processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Education**: Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; certifications in HR, safety, or environmental management.
- **Experience**: Extensive HR and admin experience with knowledge of safety and environmental practices.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective problem-solving abilities.
