Overview:
The Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst (Invoicing) III is to manage transactional processing in excellent service quality to our stakeholders (in a shared service environment) across Asia Pacific. AP Analyst III must execute the services rendered in accordance with established processes framework. All AP transactional processing must meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements.
- Manage the full accounts payable
- invoicing cycle, including coding invoices, matching purchase orders, obtaining approval, and entering the invoices (both PO and non-PO) into the accounting system (Procurement Cloud and interfaced to Oracle).
- Process employee expense claimed reports, including verification of receipts and coding.
- Ensure month end closing activities related to AP is executed on a timely basis.
- Responsible for monthly accounts payable journal entries
- accrual journals.
- Ensure all accounts payable policies and procedures are adhered to including travel and related expenses and invoice processing.
- Responsible for imaging and record retention of all AP documents.
- Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships.
- Assist team with gathering support for all audits, including pulling documentation.
- Investigates and resolves problems associated with AP process.
- Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons.
- Review invoice weekly batches and month-end journals prepared by AP Analyst II (for one Tier Three country)
- Subject matter expert of one AP task, to ensure all AP team members are aligned and consistent with APAC process.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as needed, such as CRP and UAT project testing.

Qualifications:
Skills
- Intermediate proficiency with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Adherence to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, vendors, and associates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain an organized structure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment where adaptability is imperative.
- Accurate with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Previous experience using Oracle is a plus.

Experience
- At least 3 year of working experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
