PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group’s newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors.

**Job Description** Job Overview**:
HRBP role to designated department/business unit. Support in developing and implement HR Strategies that aligns to the organization’s business goals. Enforce HR Policies throughout the organization for discipline and control.
- ** Strategic HR Partnership**:
Collaborating and partnering with business leaders and managers to understand their department's objectives and align HR strategies to support overall business goals.
- ** Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning**:
Develop and refine workforce plans based on staffing needs of the partnered departments. Identifying talent needs and perform the implementation of various processes such as recruitment, and ensuring the organization has the right workforce to meet its current and future demands.
- ** Employee Relations**:
Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- ** HR Policy and Compliance**:
Ensuring HR policies and practices align with employment laws and company standards.
- ** Employee Engagement**:
Implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
- ** HR Projects**:
Leading or participating in HR-related projects and programs to enhance HR processes and overall organizational performance.
- ** Perform workforce analysis utilizing available data such as**:
Survey results, workforce demographic data, retention statistics etc to identify issues and trends in business and align with peers and SMEs to implement best practices and solutions to identified issues.
- Collaborate and partner with corporate HR functions/HRS/SMEs in regard to compensation, performance management, talent review and talent development programs for the designated departments including follow on actions as needed.
- Liaise with legal counsel for any labor related matters and attend to labor issues at Labor office/ IR Office.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management or any related field.
- Result Oriented
- Good communication skill - verbal and written communication
- Possess influential and strong interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge and familiarity with human resources concepts, practices, tools, procedures, and employment laws is required
- Strong judgement and advisory skills
- Open and flexible with customer-oriented mindset
- Able to coach team members in daily work and career inspiration
- Able to assess consequences and provide short & long-term solutions based on risk and beneficial assessments
- Continuous improvement mindset with desire to constantly improve by driving and leading programs based upon feedback, monitoring and observations
