Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
2. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics,
SEMrush).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
3. Analytical Skills:

- Strong ability to interpret marketing metrics and data.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools to generate insights and drive decisionmaking.
4. Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
5. Marketing Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Experience with social media marketing and content marketing.
6. Organizational Skills:

- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Creativity and Innovation:

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Willingness to experiment with new formats and strategies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market and industry.
8. Event Management:

- Experience in planning and executing events, including managing budgets and
logistics.
- Ability to represent the company professionally at events, with excellent grooming
and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to ensure smooth event execution.

- Must possess a good personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent grooming and professional demeanour for representing the company at
events and in the community.

- Ability to address and resolve marketing challenges effectively.
- Strategic thinking to anticipate potential issues and opportunities.
- Resourcefulness and proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
