**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Marketing**:_
- Develop, implement and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, aligning marketing strategies with INHANNA's brand values.
- Conduct regular market analysis to inform sales tactics and promotional activities.
- **Team Management and Development**:_
- Recruit, train, and lead a customer-centric team.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, energy, and fun while emphasizing professional development.
- Coach team members for optimal performance in sales and customer service.
- **Operational Management**:_
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols; oversee maintenance and repairs.
- Manage inventory levels, order processing, and storage, aligning with sales forecasts.
- Oversee the functioning of the POS system and support efficient inventory management.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:_
- Produce regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer feedback.
- Analyze these reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success factors.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.
- **Customer Experience Excellence**:_
- Actively seek and utilize customer feedback to enhance store operations and brand loyalty.
- Uphold high standards of customer care, merchandising, and display.
