Assistant Manager-finance

**Job responsibilities**:
- To monitor and manage of Company daily cash flow.
- To understand company collection timeline and to arrange sufficient funds before releasing weekly payment to vendor.
- To ensure all payments made are in accordance with Company’s SOP.
- To monitor and manage Company’s monthly closing.
- To ensure all provisions are accurate and timely recorded and a matching principle is applied.
- To ensure all costs and expenses are valid and justified in accordance with SOP.
- To review cost analysis.
- To manage and lead Account Payable team.
- To assist in reviewing debtor aging and to reduce the outstanding for 180 days and above.
- To assist in monitoring daily Cash on Delivery (COD) shipment accuracy for disbursement purposes.
- To do compilation and submission of SST.
- To act as a liaison with banker for banking matters as and when required.
- To identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
- To implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- To do other tasks as assigned by Management.
**Job requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Possesses least 4-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
