The Assistant Manager in Finance will play a vital role in supporting the finance department's operations, contributing to financial analysis, budget management, and overall financial planning. **Responsibilities**
- **Financial Analysis**: Assist in conducting regular financial analyses to assess the company's financial health, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- **Budget Management**: Collaborate with the finance team to create, monitor, and manage budgets for various departments and projects, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and objectives.
- **Forecasting**: Contribute to the preparation of financial forecasts and projections to assist in strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- **Reporting**: Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- **Compliance**: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, standards, and policies, keeping up-to-date with industry changes and recommending adjustments as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, provide support for financial initiatives, and promote effective communication between departments.
- **Audit Support**: Participate in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and providing information to auditors as required.
- **Risk Management**: Contribute to the assessment and mitigation of financial risks, proposing strategies to minimize potential financial exposures.
- **Professional Development**: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in financial management to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- 4 years of experience in finance or related roles, with a proven track record of financial analysis and budget management.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
- Familiarity with financial management software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
