**JOB SCOPE**

1. Content Creation
- Create visually appealing and relevant content, including images, videos, infographics, and written posts, tailored to specific social media platforms.
- Develop a content calendar and plan, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with marketing objectives.

2. Platform Management
- Manage and maintain various social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest features, trends, and algorithm changes on each platform.

3. Audience Engagement
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions to build a loyal online community.
- Monitor and respond to user feedback, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

4. Assist for Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, clicks, conversion rates) to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust content strategies for better results.

5. Content Strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify and leverage trending topics and hashtags to increase visibility.

6. Visual Branding
- Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all social media platforms.
- Ensure that graphics and imagery adhere to brand guidelines.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging content.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 per month
