As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing engaging content across various social media platforms to promote our brand, reach a wider audience, and drive engagement. Your role is crucial in shaping our online presence and maintaining a positive image. You will collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and a strong online community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the brand's goals and target audience. This involves understanding the brand's voice and personality and creating content that resonates with the online community.

**Content Creation**:Produce creative and compelling content in various formats, such as images, videos, infographics, written posts, and interactive media. The content should be visually appealing, shareable, and optimized for each platform.

**Community Engagement**:Monitor and actively engage with the social media community. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and in a professional manner. Foster positive interactions and build relationships with followers and influencers.

**Social Media Management**: Schedule and publish posts across different social media channels, ensuring consistent posting and maintaining an active presence. Use social media management tools to streamline the process and track performance.

**Trend Analysis**:Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to incorporate new ideas and features into the content strategy.

**Performance Analytics**:Analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement, click-through rates, and follower growth. Use data-driven insights to optimize future content and improve overall performance.

**Collaborative Teamwork**: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's identity, values, and guidelines. Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual style across all social media platforms.

**User-Generated Content**: Encourage and curate user-generated content to strengthen the brand's authenticity and foster a sense of community among followers.

**Stay Compliant**:Adhere to social media platform policies and guidelines to avoid any potential issues or violations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or a similar role.
- Strong creative and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of online trends and internet culture.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization for social media is a plus.

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
