Edp Executive

Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Updating and duplicating data across different databases
- Assessing and guaranteeing the accuracy and consistency of collected data.
- Ensuring data is stored in an organized and easy to retrieve manner as to facilitate data access, extraction, and interpretation;
- Processes supplier and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team.
- Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered supplier and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**WORKING HOUR**:
8.30AM - 6.00PM (Friday 5.00PM)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,794.99 - RM4,790.89 per month
