JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Maintaining financial record - Update Daily Sales in Sales Collection Report & Monthly Sales Report for Outlets. - Assist to reconcile Credit/Debit Card, E-Wallet Sales and Delivery Sales for all outlet. 2. Request & collect Invoices from others Department 3. Filing & organize various accounting related documents/files on weekly basis 4. Monitoring all the invoices for utilities and rental by outlet 5. Sales Submission to Mall. 6. Assist to prepare Stock Closing Report. 7. Assist in audit related documentation 8. Assist in any other accounting duties for the department, as assigned. 9. Able to perform multi-task, assist in ad-hoc duties by head department REQUIREMENTS - SPM/Diploma in Finance or related field. - Knowledge of word processing equipment and computers with proficiency required in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and accounting software preferably SQL Accounting Software. - At least one (1) years of relevant working experience in related position. Exposure to F&B industry is an added advantage - Able to work under pressure & tight deadline - Willingness to settle job task on weekend or in the evening as assigned. - Able to work independently, collectively, and in responsible manner. - A quick learner & good team player who able to work with minimum supervisor - Detail-oriented. - Strong interpersonal skills.
