Established in 2014 Universal Therapeutics is a Multi-National Healthcare company focused in in-vitro diagnostics.

We currently have 3 offices spread over 2 continents and we are looking for a Social Media Specialist in our KL office located at **Mont Kiara**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office duties including maintaining records, filing and generating invoices, quotation, reports, statements of account, and other documents
- Handling customer's inquiries and manage creative request/traffic control
- Supporting the team on a day-to-day basis as general admin, upkeep, gatekeeper
- Administrator and coordinator for all team members
- Providing administrative information and supervising general administration activities such as petty cash, mailing, stationary checking and ordering etc
- Additional and operational administrative tasks as needed
- Any job related as assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- Primarily English-speaking role (Must be able to read, write and understand English well)
- Preferably conversational in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
- Usage knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook (training will be provided to use Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams)
- Effective communicator
- Experience in working in a small office environment is advantageous

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
