**ACCOUNTABILITY**
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in completing the marketing activities based on the marketing plan.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to identify more effective branding ideas and develop innovative promotional materials for optimal customer engagement.
- Work with the brand team and sales team to ensure all promotions and events are smoothly executed.
- Prepare and produce advertising and collateral material as directed by the superior
- Coordinate with retailers, suppliers and other partners on special promotions and joint promotions and keep track of the responses of these activities.
- Develop marketing communication including print ads, DM posters etc. for promotion activities
- Analyse promotion activities' effectiveness. Preparing coherent marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools.
- Provide market intelligence of trade and competitors’ promotion activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

**SPECIAL CHALLENGES**

As Star Glory has fast-expanding business plans with the need to have more people of talent who know about the duty-free business, it is crucial that this role has a deep understanding and knowledge about how to create value from the Star Gory brand and set the right promotional campaigns to enhance profitability to the company. This role also works very closely with the Branch Business Managers and Contracting and Procurement Functions to maximise value and profitability and with the lowest inventory working capital.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Marketing or related field
- 3 years of experience in marketing and sales promotions, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods and duty-free business.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively setting and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate customers
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Solid influencing skills, highly organized and attention to details oriented
- Strong data analysis capability and financial acumen.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Good computer literacy.

Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
