**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute glamping events, including selecting locations, coordinating with vendors, and managing event logistics
- Develop event concepts and themes that create immersive and unforgettable experiences for attendees
- Manage event timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met and events run smoothly
- Coordinate with vendors, including glamping tent suppliers, caterers, and event decorators, to ensure that all event needs are met
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals and vision for each event and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded
- Conduct post-event evaluations and report on the success of events, making recommendations for improvement where necessary

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma above in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in event planning and execution, with a focus on outdoor events and glamping
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good people interaction skills, detail-oriented, hardworking, proactive to learn, communication skills
- Required Languages: Mandarin, English and Malay

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
