**We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executive.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
- Provide initial support in handling employee inquiries, concern, and conflict.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance record, absences, leaves, etc)
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

**Job Requirement**:

- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Diploma in Business Admin, Human Resource or equivalent.
- At least 1 years working experience in HR Generalist role.
- Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Ability to multi task, resourceful with good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good personality and interpersonal skills
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, organized, hardworking, result oriented.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
