Manager, Self Service Terminal (SST) Dispute Management

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and check the dispute cases i.e refund for SAN & Mydebit, memo crediting for HLBB Cards Holder and Mydebit Manual Refund & Tag R volume cases received from Merchant Support Payment Team.
- Prepared SST Dispute reporting on monthly basis and ensure RCSA tasks are executed accurately on quarterly basis.
- Conduct the SST Register and OSP system reports to keep in track all cases being attended within SLA (10 business Days) and involved in weekly meeting discussion on the Dispute related issue.

**Job Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen.
- Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with 5 years and above of working experience in financial institutions.
- Experienced in Dispute Resolution and knowledge in One Stop Portal System (OSP) are preferable.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Strong people management and leadership skills with ability to guide a team.
