**Responsibilities**

**Strategy & Planning**:

- Design, execute, and refine paid advertising campaigns on TikTok to align with our marketing goals.
- Use insights into TikTok’s algorithm and user behavior to develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience, optimizing for awareness to conversion.
- Stay updated with TikTok’s trends, features, and advertising policies to keep our campaigns innovative and effective.

**Execution**:

- Craft and deploy ad campaigns that blend with TikTok’s organic content, emphasizing creativity, relevance, and engagement.
- Experiment with various ad formats (e.g., In-Feed, TopView, Branded Hashtag Challenges) to identify what drives the best results for different objectives.
- Work closely with creative teams to produce native TikTok content, ensuring high engagement and response rates.

**TikTok Store Operations**:

- Manage the operation of the TikTok Store, including product planning, campaign nomination, and planning.
- Coordinate with influencer/creator agencies, monitoring GMV for live streams and short videos, coordinating sampling and activity arrangements to ensure GMV achievement.
- Schedule live streaming, plan live stream content including OBS Setting, Voucher Setting, Flash Sales Setting, etc.
- Coordinate platform resources, work with team leaders and platform account managers to implement resource utilization.
- Coordinate internal customer service, design, MKT, supply chain, GTM, and other resources to ensure smooth store operations.

**Analysis & Reporting**:

- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies in real-time to optimize results.
- Develop comprehensive reports detailing campaign outcomes, insights, and actionable strategies for future campaigns.
- Assess ROI of ad spend, leveraging analytics to allocate budget and improve campaigns.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and aligned campaign strategies.
- Engage with TikTok content creators and influencers to amplify campaign reach and impact.
- Share insights and best practices with the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in managing and executing ad campaigns on TikTok.
- Comprehensive knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and advertising policies.
- Proficient in analyzing performance data to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Degree or above, native in Malay, fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
- Familiar with and proficient in TikTok Shop / Shopee / Lazada backend operations, activity planning, and the use of marketing tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Creative thinker with the ability to produce innovative and engaging content ideas.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for storytelling that captivates the TikTok audience.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to dive into the fast-paced, ever-changing world of TikTok marketing.
- Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
