Job Summary:

- As a sales & Marketing Executive handling both F&B Product and Project/Facilities Management Services, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our offerings and expanding our market presence. This dual-focused position requires as dynamic individual who can effectively communicate the value of our F&B products and Project/Facilities Management Service to potential clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive sales growth and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Product and Service Promotion**:
Develop a deep understanding of our F&B products and Project/Facilities Management services.

Craft persuasive marketing messages and materials to showcase the benefits and features of both offerings.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and online platforms.

Initiate contact, nurture leads, and convert them into customers for both product and service segments.
- **Sales Activities**:
Conduct presentations, product demos, and site visits to demonstrate the value of our products and services.

Prepare and present proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- **Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- **Collaborative Strategy**:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that promote both product and service offerings.

Collaborate with the Project and Facilities Management teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
- **Market Insights**:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities related to both F&B products and Project/Facilities Management.

Provide feedback to management on potential areas for growth and improvement.
- **Cross-Selling Opportunities**:
Identify cross-selling opportunities between F&B products and Project/Facilities Management services.

Coordinate with relevant teams to leverage synergies and enhance client value.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
