Environmental, Social and Governance Manager

Responsible for planning, developing and overseeing environment, social and corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Provide technical expertise on key issues related to environmental and social impact assessment and on sustainability risks in the design, preparation, implementation and supervision of company’s operations taking into consideration best industry practices and standards including providing stewardship in implementing these strategic key initiatives
- Plans, coordinates, and implements ESG policies, procedures, data collation and reporting at various entity level.
- Responsible in stewarding and collaborating with other related stakeholders to facilitate implementation and integration of ESG factors into their business and operation areas, covering both risks and opportunities.
- Monitor financial and other tangible impact of ESG initiatives in company.
- Develops strategies and improve the areas where the company may improve environmental, social and governance impact.
- Participates in external communication to stakeholders on material developments in company ESG performance and credentials.
- Proactively update on ESG trends and developments and translating them into actionable improvements.
- Plans, coordinates, and implements the ESG agenda for MSM Group.
- Develop and lead the Company’s ESG Approach by developing targets, goals and KPIs.
- Strategically address the key areas of stakeholder concern on ESG issues related to company.
- Lead and responsibility for ESG data management and create overall ESG awareness across department functions
- Identify and participate in key external forums to influence policy with regards to ESG matters and amplify visibility for company.
- Lead in setting the vision and program aligned with the ESG theme and corporate requirement for company.
- Work in partnership with relevant stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met on a timely basis.

**Salary**: Up to RM13,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
