**Company Policy**

1. Continuously optimize supply chain for consumer.

2. Undertake cost reduction by integrating and optimizing AEON Group supply chain management and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain management as a functional company.

3. Based on medium-term plan, develop new supply chain potential network.

4. To carry out consulting and supporting practice for total supply chain of AEON Group, not restricted to logistic part only but also procurement and store operation.

5. Continuously challenge supply chain innovation and improvement.

**Major Duties**

1. To draft and execute with the persons-in-charge in regards with company policy, mid-term plan and department policy such as corporate governance through discussion with the persons-in-charge.

2. To manage overall corporate governance procedure including corporate communication, government communication, legal management, risk management and internal auditing.

3. To manage overall corporate governance including budget control, audit and taxation related to corporate governance.

4. To cooperate with related parties / departments within AEON group and to receive advice and guidance related with corporate governance matters if necessary.

5. To cooperate with related parties / departments within AEON group related to the communication with government, press, customers, and employees and to receive advice and guidance if necessary.

6. To cooperate with related parties / departments within AEON group and to receive advice and guidance related with the environmental, social contribution activities and environment management activities if necessary.

7. To implement quality control and improvement of corporate governance as well as to maintain and improve the service level.

8. To draft and manage the establishment, revision and abolishment of internal rules and regulations.

9. To gather information in case of emergency and to coordinate with relevant parties if necessary, to manage and control emergency situation, to draft and propose risks prevention plans.

10. To manage and administrate of HQ and each centre

a. Employee health, safety and security

b. Company meetings

c. Company internal and external audits

d. Integration of company internal rules and regulations

**Other Duties**
- To participate in meetings with the permission of superior and to prepare meeting minutes
- Reporting relevant result and proposal to management and Malaysian & overseas AEON Group
**COMMITTEES AND MEETING**:

- AGSCM Business Unit Meeting
- Other meetings with supplier

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,350.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
