We are seeking Corporate Secretaries and Compliance Officers at various levels to manage client portfolios, ensuring statutory compliance and overseeing corporate secretarial duties. In this role, you will contribute to and support our corporate secretarial practice, maintain statutory books, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including the Companies Act and KYC/AML regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage corporate secretarial duties for client entities, including preparing board resolutions, maintaining statutory records, handling government filings, and conducting KYC checks.
- Provide a full spectrum of company secretary services to Hong Kong SMEs and offshore companies, including those in the BVI and Cayman Islands
- Support the firm's corporate secretarial practice, ensuring high-quality client relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as the Companies Act and KYC/AML regulations.
- Continuous improvement on workflow processes for efficient service delivery.
- Maintain client portfolios, liaise with clients and cross functional teams, and ensure timely statutory filings.
- Provide advice on company formation, statutory administration, and compliance matters.
- Maintain compliance with KYC records and other regulatory requirements.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines.
- Full ICSA/HKICS qualification or equivalent certification.
- Relevant working experience in corporate secretarial field in HK and Malaysia (various levels required).
- Good understanding of the Malaysia Companies Act and Hong Kong Company Ordinance
- Experience in HK and Malaysia corporate services and KYC/AML compliance is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of providing excellent client service and managing diverse teams.
- Self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude and initiative.
