- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Assist in delivering product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software features and benefits.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Support the team in meeting sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Interest in gaining sales experience, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to speak Mandarin fluently is highly desirable.
