Responsible for the computer hardware systems and devices.
- To monitor the Hotel Application System.
- Monitor the Network, Hardware and Broadband line.
- Responsible for computer virus protection.
- Deal with users and guests and ensure providing prompt response to their IT related problems.
- Escalate issues to the third level support (Application vendor, external providers) when necessary.
- Provide training and documentation to user.
- Configure and maintain LAN and Servers.
- Advising The Management on all the technology issues.
- Ensures requests for hardware and software equipment are kept within budgetary consideration.

**Requirements:

- **
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology (Computer/Network) or equivalent.
- Ability to perform hands-on installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware & software with knowledge of PC/workstation.
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality.

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
