Monitor and analyse account receivable (trade & non-trade). Ensure Trade & Misc debtors balances tally with finance system. Prepare monthly report to update management on status of outstanding receivables. Update and maintain prepayment schedule. Monitoring accounts receivables for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Monitor monthly rental collection & billing. Monitor stakeholder sum status. Prepare accrual for Sales Consultancy Fees & Legal fees. Liaise with internal and external auditor, banker, tax agent and other external parties. To housekeeping past year unclear transaction. Review and maintain various accounts reconciliations. Prepare HDA withdrawal. Prepare closure of HDA account. Update legal fees payment listing. Update & monitor Official Receipt book listing. Maintain proper filing.
