职责:
~负责客户咨询答疑,针对客户咨询需求,提供有效解答及提供最适合的解决方案;
~主动学习对应的业务知识,并以专业的角度给客户提供满意的答案;
~对客户的问题进行积极的跟进,能及时跟准确回复客户查询,并与新老客户建立良好的关系
~与相关部门保持良好的沟通与合作,并有效处理交接工作
~积极配合领导的相关工作安排,以保持良好的服务态度。

条件:

- Diploma及以上学历
- 1年以上工作经验,有客服工作经验者优先
- 有责任心,值得信赖,品行态度良好
- 团队工作,也能够独立工作

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Internship, Fresh graduate
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: From RM3,888.00 per month
