解决客户的问题并确保客服满意我们的服务。
数据管理。
提供良好的基础客户服务导向并负责确保客户的满意度。
调查客户的询问和投诉。
与营销,支持团队保持并更新报告,以确保服务质量。
要求:
至少2年工作经验
流利的中文或是方言(广东话,福建话,客家话等等)
马来西亚公民

薪水:
客服人员:每月 RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00
Assistant Manager: 每月 RM4,800.00 - RM5,300.00
Manager: 每月 RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00
