Accounts Clerk

Responsible to do general clerical and accounting duties.
- To do basic accounting, bookkeeping and data entry.
- To assist in accounting work such as data entry in accounting system, document processing (AR & AP), record keeping and document filing.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and cash flow.
- To assist in preparing monthly reports and work with credit control team on payment receive.
- Checking monthly staff claims.
- Checking, monitoring the timesheets and update into system.
- Prepare fixed assets schedule.
- To assist in Payroll processing.
- Assist in ad-hoc assigned by superiors.
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- MYOB: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- Good English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
