**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
**Personal Assistance**:Provide personal support to company executives, including managing their calendars, making reservations, and handling personal tasks.
Handle confidential information and maintain discretion.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
**Communication**:Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft and edit correspondence and communications.
Ensure efficient and timely communication flow within the office.
**Office Management**:Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as required.
Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
