1.Identifying and prospecting potential customers: Researching and identifying potential clients in various industries that require rubber gloves for their business.

2.Market Research and Understanding target audience: Research and study the latest market/industry insights, price trends and knowing the target audience’s preferences, challenges and needs.

4.Creating Engaging Content: Understanding the company products, create interesting, relevant and valuable content to the audience.

5.Adherence to Legal and Ethical Standards: Ensuring all content is compliant with legal standards and ethical practices, including copyright laws, trademark and truth in advertising.

6.Conducting Sales Presentations: Demonstrating the features of the product to potential customers

7.Negotiating and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and conditions with customers to secure sales contract and achieve sales target.

8.Building, establishing and maintaining relationships: Cultivating strong relationship with existing and new clients to ensure customer stratification and repeating business.

9.Collaborating with internal teams: Working closely with indoor coordinator/planner and other team member to provide excellent support to customers throughout the sales process.

10.Attending trade shows and events: Representing the company at industry events and trade shows to showcase the product and network with potential customers.

11.Manage and supervise the full process of sales cycle: Prepare quotation, issue Proforma Invoice/sales confirmation to customers, collaborate with planners, follow up shipment schedule and closing.

12.Responsible for customer enquiries pertaining to quotation, product, sample, registration, shipment, artwork, visit and payment.

13.Handle customer visits, meeting and transportation/hotel room booing arrangement.

14.Providing after sales support: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction during and after the sales process.

15.Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of sales and marketing activities, customer interactions and sales related documents.

**Job Requirement**
- Able to work independently, creatively and pro-actively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Advantageous if can speak mandarin due to the market needs

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
