**RETAIL SALES MANAGER**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives towards maximum sales revenue.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging market trends while being fully aware of new products and competition status to determine the need for improvements in the store.
- Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
- Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, and implement purchasing plans to ensure maximize efficiency in meeting sales goals.
- Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles.
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
- Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable by inspecting the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
- Ensure the store fulfils basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by upper management.

**REQUIREMENT**
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as retail manager or in other managerial position.
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills to work well in a team.
- Ability to work independent, good communication skills, positive thinking, good personalities, and enjoy dealing with people.
- Must have knowledge on MS Office (Eg: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
